NOW - HERE'S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU LADIES............

1. FULL LENGTH PHOTO ( FRONT & SIDE VIEW ) Preferably shorts / tank top

2. A CLOSE UP HEAD SHOT ( THIS IS WHERE WEIGHT LOSS SHOWS FIRST )

3. YOUR MEASUREMENTS ( BUST, WAIST, HIPS, THIGHS, CALVES, ARMS )

4. YOUR YAHOO ID

We have created a yahoo page which will be used to post our photos. THE GROUP IS SET TO PRIVATE - meaning NOONE can access the page without approval from a moderator, and they have to be a member of this challenge to have access to that page. Some people are funny about their pictures being on the internet, and you just can't be too safe these days, there are a BUNCH of friggin CRAZIES running around out there !! :D

You can send your photo's and stats to me or Renee and we will upload them for you. There are polls for each of you to participate in and also a group message board. ALSO - there will be some participants who will drop out of this challenge ( that's just a given ) and when that happens, their access will be banned from the group page.

Our weigh ins will be on Fridays - that way none of us have to deal with the guilt of the weekend for a Monday weigh in !!

We will start off at a slow pace, since some of us are just starting off. We want everyone to enjoy this, and not be so overwhelming. ( At the start anyway !! ) We welcome any ideas that you may have so we can keep it interesting for everyone.

BUT BE PREPARED FOR A SHAKE UP AFTER THE FIRST FEW WEEKS !!

well crap, I didn't know there would be homework. lol

I have a half naked photo of when I started, wearing only bra and panties. It's awful and I am NOT sharing it so don't ask...lol. But I've lost 20 since then so I will take new pictures and measurements (clothed this time. lol)
