Hi newbies and oldies,
For those who want to review the Forum Rules, here you have a copy of the current rules:
Considering the real-time nature of these forums, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of these forums or any entity associated with these forums. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages, pics, avatars or "member status” and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
You are allowed only one “Username” on the board. Any attempt to register or to post under multiple nicknames (as tracked by IP) may lead to the ban of all your nicknames and of your IP.
Messages related to online ordering will be deleted systematically. Queries related to orders which have been passed through a link established by phentermine.com must be sent to Administrators only and by PM (to John, Jipi, -Susanne-, Alexi) or by sent via the ‘Contact Us’ link.
Please note that direct or indirect advertisements (on the board or via Private Messaging) including URL's, banners or phone to online pharmacies, other sites (personal or business) or boards, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations (religious, political or others) are inappropriate on these forums, on PM and in your profile (signature, URL, avatar, picture,..) and that you may immediately be banned from the forum at the first occurrence.
Please note that your email address must not be written in posts (Or in your screen name) in order to reduce risks of spam. Any thread or post listing emails, collecting instant messenger nicknames, (AIM,) will be deleted. These should be exchanged by Private Message only.
We will remove any post which does not fit within the appropriate forum (e.g. side effects of Phentermine should be posted in the Side Effects forum, fen-pen issues should be within pen-fen forum,).This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use these forums (including via Private Messaging) to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's or business’ privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You could be banned at first occurrence without warning and you IP(s) recorded. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by these forums.
Although we do not and cannot review the messages posted and are not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete or edit any message or ban a member for any or no reason whatsoever and at our sole discretion. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless phentermine.com and its affiliates with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
We also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. These rules can be modified at any time by the moderators of the board.
