Since it's July 1st... I say we do a challenge to loose 10lbs by August 1st... That's 31 days for us to loose 10 lbs. VERY reasonable!!
Whatcha say??

Going to run my butt off ... chasing the kids at the indoor playground today, (while I secretly despise the other moms sitting there chatting w/ their girl friends, lol)
Bringing camera ... maybe we'll get a good picture for me to start my 1st challenge!

IM DOWN! when i weighted on tuesday i was 194. i cant get on the scale right now cuz im in alabama for a vacation :) if you can even call it that since this is my hometown lol. but ill be happy to see 184 :D. im excited!

I'm a few days late in replying but count me in. I could use a few good challenges. I lost the two pounds I gained from TOM but I'm not counting that because In always lose the TOM weight after TOM. So As of July 6th (which is today) I am starting. *LOL* Just gives me more reason to make sure I'm doing what I'm supposed to.

I have to admit, I actually GAINED this weekend! Stupid 4th of July! Thank goodness there isn't another holiday with BBQ until September! I am up 2 lbs!!! I am DETERMINED to get rid of this in the next few days. I doubt I will be able to make the 10lb mark by August 1st, but if I can lose 5 I will be happy!

I'm kinda late for joining but I'm in too. My weigh in at my docs is tomorrow, so I'm not going to use the weight I lost this week towards the 10lbs goal.

Don't you all lose like 15 lbs in a week or two on phen anyway? Or is that only in the first month of taking phen?
Well I'm in on this! I've been doin phen D for a month, and lost 7lbs. I'd LOVE to lose 10lbs by Aug. 1 I gave myself a goal to lose 10-15 by Sept 25, but heck, I'm pushing myself to attain that goal SOONER.
Do we have a plan? I'm not sure how much more I can push myself with the excercise. I do at least 45 mins a day of intense cardio and 3 days of weights. Quite frankly, I'm tired of exercising. The only way I can ignore that thought is to wake up while I'm still a zombie and not think about it, and just exercise! As for food...I'm eating healthy. But I do allow myself treats. Not all the time of course, and just a bite..not even the whole thing. I do that about...2 times a week. Thats not bad right??? Any less, I think I might be doomed for failure!
I'm open to suggestions!! :)

I weighed yesterday and WWWWWOOOOOHHHHHHOOOOOOO I got 6 down and 4 to go. I think I might just see if I can't double that 10 and make it a 20. Or at least 15. Been less than a week and already down 6. I'm so freaking happy! Somebody hold me down cuz girl is spinnin!!!

205.5 as of this morning....that means I have 2.5 to reach my August 1st goal....I'm going to do it darnit!! I have to tell you guys, I help run the fair and last week was the event. I cheated a little, but for the most part, I was really good and came home a half pound lighter....and THIS CHALLENGE is why!! I guess I just wanted to say thanks.

Great, I'm 3-4 pounds out of the 200's. I weigh 196 so that's a total of 6 pounds lost so far. I weighed 200 starting this challenge but went to 202 because of TOM so I've lost 4-6 pounds depending on how you see it. I've only got 3-6 pounds to go before I meet my goal. A week to go. May not make the goal, but I'm losing weight. Have to keep pushing myself I guess.

Hello everyone!! Was out of town last weekend and busy at work, but I stayed on course with my low-carb diet, and today, I'm pleased to report that my weight this morning is 209!!!! WooooHoooo!! Nothing can wipe the grin from my face today!!! :D I've got to catch up on reading all the posts, but it looks like everybody's doing great; keep up the good work!!!!

As promised I am here reporting on my challenge. I started 202 and now weigh 194. It's not quite 10 pounds but I'll take it. Hope you all are meeting your goals. I'll be back to check in on my next challenge and get another one. Keep up your good work.
