The tracker need to be created in another website. In this case, I'm going to use an example with Extrapounds.com (http://extrapounds.com) (EP) because there you can find lots of funny weight loss tickers :D

Sign-up (http://extrapounds.com/signup_new2.php) to EP
Once you've created your account in at EP:
1. Enter the tracker section.
2. Copy the first code that appears in the "tracker preview" part - it says at the top of the box that it should be used for the Phentermine.com Forums.
3. Then, log-in to your Phentermine.com account.
4. Go to your "User CP"

5. Go to "edit signature" on the left side menu

6. Paste the code from extrapounds.com into the signature section: it should look something like this (without spaces):
[ url = http : // www. extrapounds .com /] http : // www. extrapounds .com /tracker.bmp /_____.gif [/ img] [/ url ]
7. Please don't forget to click "save changes" at the bottom of the page!!
