Oh! Don’t worry. It’s just a common problem now days seen in many people. I have also faced the same problem, then my friend told me about Weight Loss 2008 (http://www.onesteptofitness.com) It really helped me to reduce my extra pounds of weight and made me feel good. I will suggest you to go through this and hope it will help you also.

These ideas also depend on your age, weight, height, and amount of body fat

1. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, not at once, you should google a site that explains how much you should drink according to your physical specs.

2. Try and speed up your metabolism. Instead of eating 2-3 meals a day, split that daily portion to 5-6 meals a day, and if its possible, try and shave a few calories from each portion. 150-200 for each meal should be okay, still it all depends on your health.

3. Exercise never hurts, moving around the house more should make the weight fall off quicker.

Best of all.

I did the same at 33! I gained 15lbs in a matter of months! I thought it was the birth control so I stopped. That didn't help, kept gaining. I hired a trainer who worked me 3 days a week hard! I stopped gaining so fast but never lost any of it. After many different diets and more lbs gained, I turned to a diet Dr who put me on phen and wellbutrin. It's been 10 days and I've lost 8 lbs and I'm learning to eat healthy. I hope you find something that helps. But I understand your frustration. :-)
