The profile picture will appear in your public profile.
1- Go to your "User CP"

2- Go to "edit profile picture" on the left hand side menu

3.2.1- Entering the URL of an image that is already available on the internet. (You may need to save your file to an image storage site such as webshots.com, photobucket.com or flickr.com)
3.2- Uploading the image from your computer. Files can be no larger than 100 x 100 pixels or 64KB
4. Please don't forget to click "save changes" at the bottom of the page!!
