Headaches while taking Phentermine 37.5mg?

I started taking Phen 37.5mg in March 08 and about 25 days into them I started getting really bad headaches. When I went to visit the doctor to let her know, she changed me to the capsules Phen 30mg. They didnt work to cut my appetite so she changed me to 15mg capsules and taking a 1/2 pills per day of the 37.5mg. This didnt work to cut my appetite either and it was a hassle remembering to take the 15 mg later in the day. So I just stopped taking them all together. I gained about 12lbs. Then I lost 10lbs on my own through exercise and counting calories. Then I noticed that my appetite was increasing but I didnt want to up my calorie intake. So yesterday was when I decided to start taking the phen 37.5mg. This is my second day and yes, the headaches are right along with it. The doctor says that she has never heard of someone having headaches with phen 37.5mg and I am wondering whats the problem? These are the only ones that cut my appetite and I am almost willing to deal with the headaches. Has anyone else experienced headaches while taking phen?

I got headaches at the beginning but they eventually stopped. My headaches could have been caused from cutting out sodas. For my headaches the only thing that works is excedrine migraine. Which does have caffeine in it. Just give it some time and they may stop on it's own.

I get headaches too and I am on the 30mg capsules. It feels like it is right behind my eyes but I have been on a week and they have been getting less and less worse.

Yes, I've been on Phen for almost 2 weeks straight now and first week was hell. I didn't know if I wanted to continue with it because the headaches were so bad. But it gets better, believe me. Good luck & hang in there, as will I! :)

I had very bad headaches at first as well. It could be because of many things. I cut out soda and sweets wich could have been a huge cause of the headaches. It's just our bodies trying to adjust. I don't know about you but I was pretty unhealthy before I decided to take control of my life. Don't worry, it definitly will get better. Could also mean you aren't eating enough, you may need more protein in your diet and lots of water. Anything about 100 ounces of water a day is really good for you.

I got the Drug from a Dietician, she had advised me to start taking half and after 3 days increase to an entire tablet. That worked great for me.

When I take a whole phen 37.5 tablet every morning, I have a strong headache...
http://www.phenterminedietpills.com/dose/375mg/ - I found information on this site that I can split each tablet of phentermine 37.5 into two parts of 18 mg and take them twice a day. I think there will be weak headache from half pill than whole 37.5... Has anyone such experience to split tablet?

I was just coming here to see if anyone had gotten them from NOT taking it for a day. I have been fine with taking the 37.5 capsule since I started..but today I forgot to take my pill and I have a headache. Maybe it's just a headache..those can happen I guess :)
