I am here to say you guys are an inspiration and are all great. I have been of Phen for 30 days. I went to the doctor yesterday and boy was I shock when he said you have lost 15lbs. I just want to say thank you to all of you! :D

How much are you taking?My doctor wants to move slow and monitor my blood presure.Im looking forward to going up in mgs.
