For all newbies

I just wanted to let all you newbies know to make sure you take your phen on an empty stomach or it will not work. I took mine yesterday morning after a bowl of cereal because i at least wanted to get breakfast in and the phen did not work , i was starving all day. I thought maybe it had stopped working for me but this morning i took it on an ampty stomach and it is working again.

Hi Melinda
My doc told me to wait 30 minutes before eating I sometimes forget now I know why. I have not taken the pill for a month but started again yesterday and lost .08 pounds but I need to get my mind set straight again.
You look great keep up to good work.

i have been on phen for 2 weeks now, and i always take it after i eat breakfast and it works just fine for me

Is it okay to drink liquid or coffee with your phen first thing in the a.m.?

my r/x says to take 2 hours after breakfast but today I did it before breakfast, because I over slept and I didnt want to take it too late and not be able to sleep tonight. I felt a little weird but I only take 15 mg so I should be good. How long should you wait to eat?

I always grab a big bottle of water from the fridge, sit here at the comp (lately, on this site) and take my pill, wake up and drink the whole bottle of water. (slowely) the first bottle always takes me the longest to get down, dont know why. ABout 40 minutes after taking the pill then I eat breakfast.
