I purchased phentermine last August, but only for the purpose to help me along with a "diet" I was trying out. Phentermine really helped me with the days that I was having a difficult time being active etc. I wasnt taking it every single day. I lost 17 pounds on my diet, and for some odd reason around the holidays just quit. Then I gained every pound back. :( (I blame nobody but myself)

I'm leaving for the beach in 1 month and I'd like to start taking what I have left (and go to get more if I run out) before then. I'd at least like to lose 10 pounds in a month....Is that possible with phentermine?

I need some ideas about the diet that has to go along with it........are some of yall just not eating (lol it makes me NOT want to eat period if I take it, I practically have to force myself to eat if Ive taken a pill) Are some of you doing low carb or low cal diets? Please help me out.....Thanks in advance

I eat between 1000-1200 calories a day. I am trying to reprogram my metabolism (eating every 2.5-3 hours; the more you eat (healthy foods) the more you burn). Before Phen I was eating 2 BIG meals a day (mostly carbs) and my metabolism was slow. Now I eat 4-5 times a day small portions and drink at least 100 oz's of water. For example, in the morning I do a Nutrigrain or Special K bar (breakfast 6:30a.m.-7 a.m.) then I work out (AT LEAST 45 mins of cardio a day) then I eat a banana (snack 9:30 a.m.) as soon as I get home (because my body is still burning fat). Then I eat 3oz of chicken breast and a cup of fresh or frozen veggies (lunch 12 p.m.). Around 2:30 p.m. I eat an apple, dried fruit trail mix or an orange (snack), At 5:30 I eat dinner, this may consist of 3 oz of chicken breast, fish (tilopia, cod or salmon) or turkey (lean meats) and a veggie of some sort (fresh or stemed NEVER canned due to the sodium). If I get hungry BEFORE 7 p.m. I eat a small piece of fruit or a handful of nuts. I never eat after 7p.m. if I am still hungry I drink WATER!
I make certain foods taste better with spray butter, Ms. Dash, lemon pepper. If you don't have alot of time to cook you can ALWAYS cook more at on time and put it in the fridge. Like I cook 4 pieces of salmon or 5 chicken breasts (then cut them in half) and that last me through out the week so at work I'm just warming things up. Also keep snacks around if you don't have time to cook (ex. baby carrots, Nutrigrain bars, nuts etc) that way you are not missing a meal. DON'T starve yourself! You want to make this a lifesytle change. Your body is a machine, if you starve it or eat less than 800-1000 calories a day, your body will go into like a shock and start storing the food to protect itself. So force yourself to eat. Even if you eat on a schedule (set eating times) you will know when to put something in your mouth. Hope this helped. GOOD LUCK!

HMMM HERE IS THE THING PHEN IS GREAT!!! IT REALLY WORKS BUT YOU HAVE TO WORK WITH IT, ITS NOT A QUICK FIX. i THINK THATS WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR... I THINK B4 YOU GO OUT AND SPENDTHE MONEY TO GET MORE PHEN YOU SHOULD REALLY THINK ABOUT IF YOUR WILLING TO MAKE THE LIFE STYLE CHANGES. BECAUSE WHAT YOU ARE MAKING A LIFE STYLE CHANGE.... My doctor told me to make sure i was getting 800-1000 calories a day and no less or i would stop losing weight and to make sure i get plenty of protein. If i find i can't eat i just grab a slim fast. I also take a daily vitemine along with a b-12 for extra energy. If i find a craving to hard to pass by then i allow myself to have to have but just a bite or two. we are having pizza for dinner tonight because my family goind crazy with my diet so i plan on having one slice and a salad. I have cut out pop and sweets all together. So far no slip ups.
