Use eggbeaters or all-whites, pour into a very small rectangular baking dish and bake at 325F for 15 min.

Cook up 2 slices of turkey bacon in a pan. Place cooked egg on a slice of wheat bread, top with bacon (optional lettuce and tomato) and you have yourself a very healthy lunch!!
