i have been on spring break for the last week i have not worked out i have done nothing but ate i'm gonna blame that on TOM ....lol... but how do i get back on track? how do i get to start eating right again? and how do i get my ***** to the gym? please help this girl out please.
willing to take all the advice someone is willy to give have to losse atleast 20 more ponds by end of may.

As the saying goes. Just do it! it's though to get started again especially after a vacation but don't let all your hard work up to now go to waste. Just do it!

Instead of looking back on what you did to stray from your hard work, take the time to realize that everyone isn't perfect. We all slip up. Make today a brand new day and get your behind back in the gym. Don't forget to drink plenty of water. Grant yourself a meal a week to eat what you want. This allows you to not feel deprived of the foods that you feel the urge to go for. Understand that you can't have those kinds of foods all the time. That is the reason why you started this journey to lose weight in the first place. Good luck!

I had a bad weekend! but I also had a lot of fun with my family...so I chalked it up to "good times had" and got back on track today! The past is the past and no matter how much we regret it...we can' t change it...so it's best to accept what happened...learn from it and continue on!
