this is almost 2 months that i have been on it and all i have lost is 15lb. i take CLA and 5htp but don't get much work out in .can everyone out there help me and tell me what i am doing wrong or what i need to be doing. i eat pretty well, i work with kids so i'm always on the go...help a phen fam. out please:rolleyes:

You need to track your intake and calories. You need to exercise. I think you already know this, though (don't we all?).
Make the changes you need to make in your life so you can take care of your health. The seas aren't going to automatically part and give you time or energy or willpower. You have to part them yourself.

Add a green apple every day, drink lots off water and walk at least a mile after dinner it works.

Could you be retaining water? I get "stuck" sometimes. My doc prescribes a water pill with my phen. It helps.
I agree with Band Mamma, you certainly need to track your calories. I have a little notebook that I write down EVERYTHING that I eat in a day. You'd be surprised at what you stuff in your mouth and don't remember! I certainly think you need to find a way to get more exercise in.
