I'm feeling the same way!! I've been hovering around the 216-220 mark, and it's driving me craz-ay!! I've been drinking the water like mad, working out, and pretty much eating right. Guess we need to dig in a little bit deeper ...

I can totally relate to the both of you. I started at 236 and got stuck around the 200 mark for what seemed like forever.. it will pass. In my case I switched things up did different exercises and change my diet up a bit. It will pass. Keep going. I know it is hard but now I am at 180 and at a standstill and I also know this will pass. I have changed things up once again started doing classes at the gym instead of just running.. just switch things up and shock your body. I was of course assumming you were exercising if not start and that will for sure break this standstill.. hope this helps and I hope this goes by very quickly for you...

This happened to me. After 2 weeks I had only lost 3 pounds. My doc looked at my food journal and said I needed to eat more.
So I increased my calories from about 800-1000 calories a day to 1400-1800 calories a day (its Only been 2 days so far) but I dropped 3 pounds already. Now of course time will tell if this will continue to work so I'll check in on next Wed. and share my 1 week results of eating more food.

I've had that problem several times along the way. I read some place that normally for about every 10% you lose, the body has to stop and adjust. I have found that change of some kind would finally get me moving again. At times upping calories or lowering them depending on what level you are at. Also, increasing exercise or changing the type of exercise has been helpful. How about adding some hand weights.
Good luck! Knowing you are doing all of the right things, be patient. The scale will start to move agian.
