View Full Version : 7-7-7 Challenge - PART DEAUX !!! (The Challenged explained)

Hey Ladies and Gent,

Well March is creeping upon us like sunrise on a Monday Morning. So challenge yourself to another 7 days of weighloss success.

The idea of this challenge is to press yourself to do something you wouldn't normally feel very comfortable doing. Basically, to go beyond your normal routine or comfort zone. (Thus the word "challenge")

And who doesn't love 7's! - LOL! :D

So Choose any 3 "7's" as your end goal for the First Seven days of March. (of course you can choose your own - just be sure to state what you're aiming for).

MARCH 1-7th (Final weigh-in on the evening of the 7th, or the morning of the 8th)

7 days participation
7 cups of water a day
7 hours of exercise (anykind)
7 miles walked or jogged
7 servings of fruit and/or veggies a day
7 circuits of strength training
7 hundred crunches/sit-ups
7 pound loss
