24 POUND CHALLENGE
START MARCH 1ST---END MARCH 31ST, 2008
WORKOUT FOR ONE HOUR 5 TIMES PER WEEK. (WHATEVER EXC YOU LIKE)
50 SITTUPS IN THE MORNING AND AT NIGHT:D
NO MORE THAN 1200 CALORIES DAILY (TRY TO GO FOR 1000)
1 GALLON OF WATER DAILY
TRY TO LOSE ATLEAST 6 POUNDS A WEEK:rolleyes:

Hi All,
BLASTAGUT- WOW now that's a challenge. Six pounds per week. I like your ideas but maybe we should change the 24 to 12 and the 6 to 3, just so it’s more realistic and doable. I love the gallon of water, workout at least 5 days a week and calories between 1000 and 1200. That seems healthy and doable to me. :p

THE 7-7-7 CHALLENGE WAS WAY WORSE. THEY HAD TO WORK OUT 7 DAYS, 7 POUNDS PER WEEK AND I FORGOT THE OTHER SEVEN BUT OKAY WHAT ABOUT BELOW:
16 POUND CHALLENGE
START MARCH 1ST---END MARCH 31ST, 2008

16 POUND CHALLENGE SOUNDS GOOD TO ME.
I think that's perfect and simple. If the list start getting to long than people won't do it.

whew i almost got scared for a minute i was doing the 7-7-7 challenge and it was hard especially since i have a 12 week old and a 2yr old.
but this one sounds doable and challenging.
so what are you calling it?
how about the easter melt down ?

Count me in as well. But 1000 calories a day is crazy to me. I'm so busy running around at work that if I only eat 1000 calories I would be dizzy and PASS OUT!!

Im in...I did the 777 challenge also and lost 7 pounds before the week!!! Crazy huh???? LOL I am looking foward to this challenge although the 50 situps is hard for me as I have a bad back so I will do m leg exercises...ok? Am looking forward to loosing 16 pounds for the month of March!!!! Hope I can :) Good luck everyone!

I AM DOING THAT SPECIAL K DIET ALONG WITH MY THE PHEN. THE FIBER IN THE CEREAL REALLY FILLS YOU UP AND KINDA GETS YOU ALONG THE DAY.
REMEMBER ITS NOT JUST A 1000, YOU CAN GO UP TO 1200.
SO HERE IT IS AGAIN......

Count me in too! Luv the title and I also like the idea of posting our menu each day; not only does it give each other good ideas of what to eat, but also will keep us accountable on what we have eaten each day. Let's get this show on the road!! :)

I’m going out of town until Monday so I’ll check-in then. But I’m taking my workout clothes and I we have fridge in our room.
So I’m going to try my best to keep it as healthy as possible.

i have 2- 15mg of phen left then i get 37.5mg on monday, thank goodness because these 15mg is not cutting it
i went on sparkspeople and created a stenght training plan so im all set. ill be going grocery shopping this weekend

Wow, we've got someone going out of town, but taking her workout clothes with her, then we've got another phrend who has registered online to get a strength training program, then another who's about to step into Onederland? Looks like we're serious about this weight-loss thing, luv it!! Well, I've got my water and my stationary bike ready, so it's on!! I'll be looking for the new thread; here's to success for us all!! :D

Hey everyone,
I am really determined to make the most out of March. I've started going to the gym and drinking more water. It has worked because I've lost one pound. Now I just have to extend the amount of time I spend exercising and eat a little less and I should be able to lose 4 pounds a week.. Has anyone else seen some positive results so far??
