My Apple Bottom Jeans.....

Hi All,

I must say... I am happy this morning....after being bummed at my one month weigh in with the doctor. I had only lost 2 more pounds, but I had been sticking with the water and the treadmill and protein diet. She prescribed me Zoloft (50 mg) to take with the Phen to curve my cravings (TOM & chocolate) and I've been coming along o.k with that for the last few days.

But today, I put on my size 17-18 black Apple Bottom Jeans (that were line-dryed) and I am ecstatic. They are loose, frumpy feeling especially in the hips, butt and crotch. I feel great. I may have not lost a lot of pounds, but I lost inches, but I think I've gained muscle mass, which in time will eventually shrink, so I think that's my issue with the lack of weight loss. When I first started the treadmill I could barely go 2.5 mph, now I can go 3.7 mph at a 2% grade. I'm staying positive and on track. :D

You Go Girl! I'm impressed that your endurance on the treadmill had increased soo much. From 2.5 - 3.7 that very good.

You're a good witness that weight loss is only ONE aspect of improved health.

Imagine how much healthier your heart is now too!

I am working hard at it...cause I will be ready this Spring/Summer no doubt about it. I will be visiting the club, I won't make my goal in time to be in the boots wit da fur......
but I will be in some nice sandals with heels, possibly some short stalettos, showing some leg. ;)

Actually, on most pair, the back pockets of the jeans are in the shape of apples, or you'll see and A on one pocket and and B on the other. It's a rapper's (Nelly) clothing line he created for women that are heavy in the back area. Unfortunately I have qualified in that area ALL MY LIFE. LOL !!!

on the site when u click on 'shop' is when it came up as restricted! i have waiting for the hosp admin to come hunt me down and ask me to leave b/c they think i have been trying to look at p.orn! can't tell u how many docs and nurses i know of that have been fired over that! i would love to be in a size 10 jean!! btwn my tummy and my booty it is like 12-14 right now...then way loose from the upper thigh down! it just doesn't look right! i am only 5'2" and that's part of the problem i think...but would love even more to be in the single digits in jeans!!!

I've been eating apple BUTTER toast for breakfast some mornings and Wednesday night I gave some to my friend's kids when I kept them. Really? You are doing low carb, eh? Well I gave up jelly because that sugar free jelly don't cut it! Apple butter on has like 30 calories a serving so I'm good if I eat two pieces of wheat toast with it. MMMMMMMMM I am gonna go make me some now :)

Hi Ladies,

I'm back..... for the Easter break, I wanted to strut my new self so I decided to get me a pair of Seven Jeans, because I knew I was down a size from my 18 Apple Bottoms being so loose plus I already have 3 pair of Seven Jeans and I knew they run real small so, a size 16 fits like a 15. Ladies, I bought a 16 AND THEY ARE TOO BIG :D. I am so happy, and I bought a XL Ralph Lauren shirt (again a designer that runs small) and I have room to spare in that shirt. I AM SO HAPPY!!!!!

But no more shopping.....I'm off to the tailor, can't afford to buying clothes that fit one day and don't 2 days later.

Yeah, I jumped the gun and got that Spring Fever for Easter. My advice is to get a couple good belts and find a good, low-priced tailor, and keep workin it out!!!! ;)
