I've been on phen for 2 months now and I'm officially down 20.8 lbs. People are noticing, which feels great. I can't "see" it when I look at myself, but I have made it back into several pairs of pre-pregnancy jeans/pants and that's when I can really tell the difference. I go for my 2 month check up on Wed. this week and will officially weigh in with my doctor. I actually have skipped taking the Phen about 1-2 days a week and still have seen a good amount of weight loss.

I want to keep this up though-- I have my 10 year HS reunion coming up in August and my hubby and I just booked a week vacation at the Sandals resort in Jamaica in August and I'm SO excited and want to look fabulous in that bikini (Now if I can get this pregnancy stretch marks on my belly to disappear, that will be EVEN better!)

About 15-20lbs to go.. and I know that I need to step it up. I actually went and ran/walk today for the first time in a LONG time and I'm going to try to do this every day to kick my weight loss into high gear.

Congrats ladybug's....

20 pounds was about the point people started to comment with my loss too. It was also the point where I couldn't wear my old bigger clothes anymore - they were just hanging and not looking pretty.

I was in a 12, went shopping after losing 20 and bought 8s off the rack.. I was so thrilled. With the smaller size, few pairs of pants and some M tops, I felt and looked like a million bucks with 20lbs gone.

Now you have lost 20 - celebrate. Buy yourself at least 1 new outfit, but it a little tighter than you normally would, people with notice and it will fit great for a next 10-15 lbs.

Keep it up.. great job!!!
