I am curious if anyone here has taken Meridia and how effective they thought it was. My doctor refuses to prescribe me Phentermine but he's willing to prescribe me Meridia. I am hesitant to waste my money on an expensive drug that doesn't work.
Anyone?

i have taken meridia. i thoguth it worked really well, but totally too expensive. my doc would only put me on that at first, till i lost some weight and got my blood pressure to come down. do you have h.b? since losing a bit of weihgt, i have just started on phen, ,

My doc offered me Meridian first also when I propose the Phen to him. It was a good thing that I had done my homework. There are more serious side effects with Meridian than they are with Phen...including death.
