Hi! I'm new around here, I've mainly been lurking for a little over a week but my one week weigh in was this morning and I've lost 5 pounds!!! I only got to work out about 2 or 3 days this first week just because I've had to work and work itself seems like a work out but I'm going to try hard to go AT LEAST 5-6 days a week.. even if it's just for 30 minutes.


Those of you who go to the gym do you go into the dry sauna? At my old gym in Tennessee they had a wet and dry sauna, the wet sauna was cool but I really love the dry sauna. How about you guys??

Hey, Congrats on the 1st 5lbs. I am also a newbie, yesterday was my first day and i didnt workout, nor did i today, but after reading a couple of posts ..i will mos def be doing my taebo cd workout tomorrow morning and drink more water!!!

Yes!! I'm trying to drink as much water as possible, thank goodness the trips to the bathroom have kind of died down as my bodies gotten a little used to all the extra water! I'm down another 2 pounds!!.. I definietly reccommend working out!
