My official first week weigh in-- I lost 7 lbs!! I'm excited-- I didn't exercise this week and I wasn't really "dieting", just watching what I ate, and not overeating because I wans't starving. I had been doing WW Core, but I switched back to Flex points this week because I found it easier to track the little that I ate.
Can't wait to see how week 2 goes!
