I can't believe it... 31.2 lbs. lost. in less than 2 months. WOW! I love Phen / HCG/ B12!!

I have cut out all fast food, and no sweet tea or cola (water w/ Crystal lite only!) Do not excercise! Just eat what I want, just smaller portions. & no seconds & never after 7:00pm. That is all I am doing.
