Now that I have lost alot of weight (curretnly at 145) I have found happiness and this is where I want to be. However, There are a few areas that bother me in a different way now. I am considering some help from a plastic surgeon. Although I have been working out at the gym 3-4 times a wk for a year, I still have some saggy skin in the stomach area, my thighs and arms could use a little help. Also my breasts have disappeared. Although, they have not been where they were supposed to be since I had my son 1s ago, what I did have now are gone. Has anyone else had "some help" or thinking about it. I really want to do this for me, but also a little nervous. Please help

I have only had breast augmentation. After breast feeding two kids my were pathetic. I was very self concious.I never wanted my husband to see me with my shirt off in the light. The surgery was the absolute best thing I ever did. After my body looked so much more proportioned. My weist looked thinner and I just looked better in all my clothes. And it just made me feel better about myself. So to make a long story short I think you should go for it.I always watch those plastic surgery shows and have seen what people look like after getting the excess skin removed and they look great. My only advice is to be careful with the surgeon you choose and remenber that cheaper is not always better.Just do research on the doctor and if you can find people that have been to him and had this surgery before that is always the best reference.
