Extrapounds.com have just launched their latest feature on their weight loss site:-Extrapounds Support Groups!
In additional to EP members' personal blogs they can now become part of a Support Group where they can talk about the issues that are of particular interest to them.
Any EP member can join a support group and EP Gold members can start their own.
They are designed to help people who are trying to lose weight by connecting them with others on the same journey so that they can advise and motivate each other.
Each group has their own:
News Section - where announcements can be made
Quick Messages - for informal chat
Forum - where group members dictate what topics are discussed and upload pictures.
Click here (http://www.extrapounds.com/supportgroups_browse.php) to browse the existing groups or visit the new Support Groups section from your Administration area if you are a Gold member and want to start your own.
