Welcome and Congrats on the 3lbs loss so far, its a struggle to get it off but with the support and encouragement you can do it! Sooo where is the skinniest city in the US?

TnMomOnPhen, may I ask since I drove to TN from AR do you **** the cordova clinic or does your Dr prescribe these?I went my first time yesterday to cordova clinic no questions asked just gave me the pills,but everyone on this site makes it seem so hard to get when I am within my healthy BMI and it was easy....just makes me wonder why it was so easy

I got them from my family doctor, I am not extremely over weight but Iam not at all in my BMI by any means and I didnt have a problem getting on them, I also have an aunt who isn't that much over weight and she didn't have a problem either -- I think that sometimes people who really only need to loose a few pounds will try to get the medication for the bit of a High feeling that you get from them and maybe that is why its hard for some to get them and not others! I know that I went to an appt talked to him told him that I had tried dieting exercise alone and nothing worked and I didnt seem to have a bit of a problem either!!! Not sure if that is what you was asking but I hope that I answered your question!
So what part of Arkansas are you from? I've been there a few times!
