Reset Password?

Ive been trying to reset my extrapounds website because ive forgotten it! Its supposed to send me an email but the email never turns up! any ideas?

I am having the same problem....I sent them an email about it as well....I have the confirmation that I joined..but no email allowing me to see my password. so frustrating! PLease PM me and let me know too, thanks in advance!

I am sure they will get back to you soon and help you with this. They will probably ask you to provide them with another email address to send it to. Yuo should check your junk and spam folders and add extrapounds to your safe senders list.

Let me know if you don't hear anything from them.

They made some changes to their site today and now you can log in after signing up and send the activation/confirmation email to yourself and/or to another email address.


If you still haven't received your email, then log in with the username and password you set at registration, and you will be taken to a page where you can send the email again.
