How do you guys put all of your stats down, like the weight you started and all of that other stuff? Your goal weight, et? Then how do u get that on this site?? I know I'm full of questions but trying to figure it all out. Thanks.

Then how do you get your picture on here? I got it on extrapounds.com I think, but how do you get it on here?

You can put a link in your sig. I use photobucket to host all my pictures. Its free and its good. Once you get it set up .. just copy/paste the url into your sig and it'll come up down by your weight tracker ~ :)

Erika, I can give you the code, but when I tried to paste it in here, instead of seeing the code, the actual list showed up. But if you click on the link to the left of the Quick Reply box that says"UBB Code is enabled", it will give you the code you need to create a list. Just copy and paste the list in your signature just like you did with your tracker.
As far as posting a picture in your signature, it should give you that as well. If you’re not sure of the http for your picture it may be something like this:
“http://www.extrapounds.com/username/nameofpicture.gif” if it’s a jpeg picture you uploaded it would end with jpg instead of gif. You wouldn't put the quotation marks in front or behind the link.
If it will be in your avatar, you will need to select a different Avatar Image, select custom image and put your code in the box. It should look like this:
“http://www.geocities.com/tiger_little74/harmony.gif” without the quotations. I hope this helps, but if you still need help you can send me a personal message. Good luck!!!
