HELP ME SIGN UP TO EXTRAPOUNDS

DID ANYONE HAVE TROUBLE SIGNING UP ON EXTRAPDS?
I GET THESE MESSAGES THAT MY PASSWORD IS ALMOST LIKE MY NAME AND THE NUMBER IS WRONG SO I CHANGE MY NAME AND PUT THE NEW NUMBER THEY SHOW AND I STILL GET THE SAME RESPONSE THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE JUNE. IF ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM HOW DID IT GET RESOLVED? I'M ALSO WAITING FOR AN ANS FRO XTRAPDS

Eula, I am getting the same info- I set up my account and listed by blog name but then when I try to go back into my account it tells me the login info is wrong. I sent to have my password changed and it told me it was done, then when i went to login again it gives me the same error message about my login name----I tried setting up another account and writing the username and password down and trying again but it won't let me do that either bcuz of the e-mail address - it says it already has that e-mail under another username???? so I gave up...

Hi both!

To sign-up you must allow cookies for the site - this is vital, it will not work if you do not allow them.

Noogie - I suggest that you use the contact on the site to find out what has happened, so they can send you your registration information again.
