I dont think you can add yourself as a friend, but you can add others as friends by clicking on the friends icon on the administrive page. Whats your name on extrapounds.com?

You should sign up at extrapounds.com. They have a wonderful blog sight with lots of people. You can choose your weight tracker, post your daily foods, which I have found VERY helpful.

If you want more information on pictures, etc. please let me know. I'd be happy to help.

To add a friend you visit your admin panel and enter the community section. You then take and enter the person's display name (eg. bombonbettie) and click on add. You can then decide if they appear on your friends list on your blog, using the eye icon.

This makes it easy to catch up on your friends blogs and to leave them encouraging notes by clicking on the direct link from your blog.

To meet new people why not use the search option to look for people in your area or who are following the same diet and make inital contact with them using the contact form - don't be shy!

Hi everyone, i'm new here and also at extrapounds.com. I will be starting Phen soon and have some questions. what type of side effects do you have when you first start taking it? does it make your heart race a lot? and this is a weird question, but will people think i'm on speed or something? I need some friends on this site to help me through. i'm currently at 171 and my goal is 130lbs. should you not take Phen for longer than 3 months??

Some of the side effects you can expect are:
Dry mouth
light headed
heart racing
maybe queezy stomach
and.... increased libido! yes...weird but true.

Hope this helps...for me all the side effects are worth the results, I lost 25 lbs last time I was on phen.
