EXTRAPOUNDS.COM ADDS NEW FEATURES TO WEBSITE

Extrapounds.com is delighted to announce the arrival of three fantastic new features to its website, enabling you to monitor your weight loss journey even more effectively by offering you that extra motivation you need!
Now you can log your daily food intake, exercise and body measurements.
These fantastic new features are all designed to help you control and record your experiences in the easiest way possible, and keep you inline to achieving your goals. As well as sharing and recording your personal weight loss experiences in your blog, these tools provide you with a practical way to measure your progress and keep you focused!

From your personal account administration panel you can now keep a record in the following logs:
FOOD LOG:
In this section you can keep a record of the food you have consumed or are planning to consume, allowing you to keep a more detailed control of what you are eating. Foods can be selected from an extensive database and logged daily under each mealtime. You will then be given your daily nutritional intake – a perfect way to record your calorie intake. The database also includes Jenny Craig foods! And if a particular food doesn’t appear in the database, you can simply add it as a personalized food. You also have the option of copying your entry to other days, and even register your daily water intake!
ACTIVITY LOG:
This new feature allows you to enter the exercise you have done or are planning to do. Again you can simply select the activity from our extensive database, enter the date and then the amount of time you have spent doing that particular activity. This will then be logged automatically and will show you how many calories your exercise has eaten up! Together with the food log, you can now work out the calories consumed against the calories burned. As easy as that!
BODY LOG:
As well as recording your weight, you can now also keep a log of your body measurements. This unique visual aid will let you track your weight loss more specifically, by looking at key body areas such as neck, biceps, forearms, chest, waist, hips, thigh and calf! So when you begin shedding that weight, you will see it from every direction! As your weight can vary due to other related factors, it is important to also keep track of your actual body size.
