INDUCTION DIET AND PHEN?

HEY ALL! Can anyone tell me how much weight they lost during Induction Phase of Atkins while using phen? If you weren't using Phen how much weight did you loss in Induction? I gotta take off more weight, I ONLY HAVE 24 DAYS UNTILL VACATION!!!!!!!

Well, I did Atkins and South Beach several times, never while on any meds. I always lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks with both pretty effortlessly. I never could stick with it though. Good luck, I hope you reach your goal. Just make sure to drink lots of water!

i lost 20 pounds in three weeks on atkins.....good luck! i absolutley love atkins i quit for a while but i am bak on it and i have lost 3 pounds in the last 4 days or so....let me know how you do :)

In Dr Atkins book he says that you should try not to be on any diet drug while following his plan as it can interfere with insulin, and slow down weight loss.

Help! I have been doing Induction for 3 days now and my head hurts and I am starving. I am doing it without eggs, red meat, butter, and cheese (I tend to get irregular from red meat and I am soooo lactose intolorante (spelling?). I mainly eat turkey, lean pork, skin less chicken, and 2 1/2-3 cups of allowed carb vegetables. I am drinking tons of water. Can I take asprin on Induction? I noticed on my list it says we can have ham, I read every single lable and they all have sugar, honey, or corn syrup. Does anyone know a brand that dosen't? Thanks
