Body Fat % - Big Change !!

Does anyone else have a scale at home that monitors body fat %?

When I got serious about getting this weight off on April 1st, I weighed 263 and my BF% was 45%.

I am now down to 240 and my BF has dropped to 38.5%. That seems like a huge change for only 23 lbs lost. I just recently incorporated exercising into my program and am using my HealthWalker for 30 min /day.

Has anyone else noticed this great of body fat % change this fast?

Yes...I had lost 28 lbs..and I had a 4% reduction in body fat. I finally hit 40 lbs lost...but I have not gotten measured again...I probably should.

I think that's awesome! I just checked mine, and with the 15 lbs I've lost so far, my BF% has dropped 3%, and my BMI has dropped 2.5, also...

where do you get the scales that do all the extras? Im interested in getting one

I bought mine from Wal-Mart. I can't remember what it's called I think it's a "Go Walking" scale or something like that. It cost around $30. You can also get them from Target and Linens & Things.

They have them all over...KMart..Walmart...Sears...

the gym measured mine with this thingy I held with both hands for a like a minute..two minutes...she entered in my stats.

qtpierye thanks so much :) Do you find that the scale is pretty accurate?

Christine, yes when I went to Curves they measured with the same thing. Im very interested in the scale with all the extras.
