Hello All you Ladies,

I am very curious, as I need some inspiration, to know if you dropped in bra size and if so, how much? My knockers :spider_red: are killing me and I'm hoping to be rid of a good portion of them after Phen.

Good luck! I wear a 36DDD and the only thing that ever changes in my bra size is the number. I wish I could get back into a DD, but even when I was down to 125lbs I still had to wear a DDD. If they are that big and bothering you that bad, it isn't that hard to get approved by your insurance company for a reduction. I'm planning on getting one after I decide if I'm going to have another kid or not.

I don't know the answer to your question but the topic compelled me to at least check it out. :)

Yeah, I'm losing mine. But I never had any before I had kids...so... I don't know what it's going to be like when I get done. I want to get a lift when I'm at goal though.

Well when I started I was a 40f and now I am a 38 or 36F..so no cup just back size..

I have thought of the surgery too. I wouldn't mind a reduction to a D cup..if we can make them stand up and sing to the choir again too!

Well Pork Chop, here's the deal. I have some knockers honey, I mean some huge knockers, I'm a 42D and these babies are breaking my back but I will say this they have gone down considerably but what I find to be strange is that all my bras fit the same. I think this is because even though they have gotten smaller the flesh still remains. Have you ever seen or heard of people that have lost a massive amount of weight and their flesh just hangs there, well that's what have happened to my boobs. Don't mean to gross you out but these babies are disgusting, I don't know what to do with them. I hate them even more. Sorry, I know I didn't help a bit :(

When I started I was a 38B. Now nearly 50 pounds lighter and a whole lot more muscular I'm a 34C.

I always lose mine. I still have bras that I saved from my last weight loss. But Oprah had a special on bra fitting and she said that something like 75%+ of women are not wearing the correct size bra. I wore a D and after her show I found I was a DD. Yea I know what you mean about them seeming smaller but wear the same size. I always said mine look like somebody let the air out of them and I wanted to put air in.
