Hey everyone!! I have a question Ive been off of phen for two weeks and this whole eating thing is outtta control :( I need help!! Does anyone have any suggestions. Im on Weight Watchers and its totally messing me up with the uncontrollable snacking!!

I have a few questions? Why are you snacking? Hungry or Emotional? If you are hungry try grabbing a veggie like carrots or cereal. Not an apple or banana especially if you are sugar sensative. You will find yourself looking for more snacks after an apple or banana(if you have them alone). Great to bring up your sugar though.
If it is emotional eating then try to refocus your emotion to something physical or even something as writing your feelings on a piece of paper.

WHEN I WAS ON WEIGHT WATCHERS , I THINK I LIVED ON GREEN BEANS. LOL! I ALSO ****ED ON ALOT OF ICE.

Ice works, cabbage, celery, green beans, brocchli, brussel sprouts, green tea. Carrots actually have alot of sugar in them so I stay away from. I will eat 1/2 cup or so of cabbage and that seems to help me better than celery. Humus on celery is pretty filling for me too. Good luck!!!
