I just got some B-12 I bought the liquid that you put under your tongue. I was just wodering if you take it in the morning with your phen or you wait. Just wondering when everyone takes theirs.

I take the sublingual, the kind that dissolves under the tongue. I took it yesterday at lunch and felt nothing really. This morning I took it with my phentermine and was bouncing off the walls. Its only 9:49 and I have done more than one load of laundry, loaded the dishwasher, scrubbed the countertops, cleaned off my desk, got all my end of month paperwork done for my daycare, swept and um yes lots more stuff lol. I don't feel shaky.. just... WAM!
