to go from a size 16 to a size 12 or even a 10 by September 16? I started Phen in April and have so far lost 14 lbs. I was a size 16W and 18 in some clothes, but am now at a comfortable 16. I am working out 30 min. a day on my Gazelle Elite and I drink my 64 oz. of water. I am eating more vegetables and fruits. I have slipped up and ate some bad things (chocolate) but in moderation. I think my big problem is not eating enough calories. Just wandering if anyone had any pointers for me...

My husband is coming home from Kuwait in September and I want to be in at least a size 12. Am I being unrealistic???

I am a size 14 right now and want to be a size 8 at least by the beginning of aug. And for some odd reason I see hope. So if there is an once of hope for me there is alot more for you. I think you can do it for sure. Fruit has alot of sugar in it and tends to make me crave bad sugars try more veggies and less fruit. I am insulin resistant so my doc told me to stay away from almost all fruit exept apples and to only have 1 a day. Bannanas are the worst for that.

I think its a very realistic goal, too.

What a great surprise for your hubby after being away for so long! :)

I definitly thin that it is possible to go down from a size 16 to a 12 in 3 months. I went from a 22 to an 18 in 1 month. You can do it!!!! I think that is a very realistic goal. Good Luck to you!

Yes!! My goal was to lose 70lbs (or as close I could get) before August 9th... I have lost 36 pounds so far I slacked off in May because of issues and moving, etc... so i still average about 10 pounds per month and I think thats pretty good!

Just keep working HARD and your husband will be so PROUD of you when he comes home :)
