I'm done with my sex, booze and food binge!!

I am done with my holiday indulgence fest!! All that drunken sex, all the eating off other peoples bodies. All that whipped cream and chocolate syrup washed down with white wine and champagne!! Ugh, I've had enough!

I spent all day yesterday cleaning my house. My husband won $500 on a lottery ticket and bought me that new treadmill I had been eyeing! Isn't that sweet!! So I cleaned, and washed and fixed my environment so that I would all set to get back on track today. And I am!!

I'm feeling really good too. I'm ready to get back into focus. I DON'T WANT to spend another summer Fat!! The time to make sure that doesn't happen is NOW!!

BTW, the sex, booze and food fest didn't really happen. It just makes the food fest alone sound not so bad :)

I started back in my "weight loss routine" on Tuesday, after being so busy and no time for exercise the last 2 weeks. I have been walking 4 miles each day.....getting that exercise in daily really makes a huge difference in the choices and amount of food I eat each day.
