I have contemplated asking this for a week or so; but I can't go any longer without knowing....
Does anyone else ever have bubbley air-filled like bowels? Ever since I changed my eating habits and started Phen, I have noticed that about every other day I have no or a very tiny rabbit type BM, consisting of what I would call air bubbles!!
I drink at least 120-140 oz of water a day and am following a low-carb diet. Somebody said this was my body getting rid of fat. Anyone heard of this before or had this symptom?

slimfast always dose that to me. It always gos away when I quit drinking it. I have tried just doing liquid meal replacements and the same thing. I don't know why. If you at alot before and now you are not eatting much you may just have air pockets in your bowls because they aren't as full and moving as much. hope that helps a little. One thing I have read is to drink some metimucil if you are starting a new diet to help with the changes in your bowls.

I have to say that -- that seems to describe the changes in my bowels as well. I believe its from changing the my eating habits...instead of being weighed down with alot of fat and grease, etc. now I am eating fiber, and veggies, and just plain good stuff...thus the change in bowels. I think its pretty normal...I have to say that I am a bit constipated at times...but not bad enough to take anything. However, if needed, I would take come stool softner. I had back surgery 3 years ago and was taking alot of meds and my surgeon told me to take stool softner...not a laxative.

Just from personal experience- you might not be eating enough. I always seem to hve a problem with bubbly gassy stomach (burping as well) when I don't eat enough. Just passing it along though.
It could also be fiber... makes little noises when in the colon.
Good luck.
