Has anyone ever tried Trimspa???

Hello Everyone..Just a quick question. Has any one ever used Trim Spa if so please let me know how it went and if you have ever heard any negative things about it.

yeah...i lost 15-20 lbs while on it...but i am not sure it was all that helpful...i think it was mostly just me eating better...and exercising...it didnt cause me any negative side effects though...good luck!

I tried it for 1 week, and it did nothing for me. I was hoping that it would curb my appetite, but I didn't notice any change at all in the way I felt.

I tried it once~ well actually went through 2 packs~ money wasted I didn't lose a pound.

I've heard others have done well on it.

I've tried it. It's a good energy boost but it does very little for appetite control and curbing cravings.

LOL Guys! I don't think the TrimSPa did that to her.

I think it was more likely the Trimspa "chased" with "coke".

She does look HOT though.

I took trimspa for 2 months straight and if anything, I gained weight....but that was before I started phen.
