Hello everyone! Its been a while hasnt it? Im sorry I just kinda disappeared but life took over and I have been on a roller coaster every since.(long long story-well talk later )

Its good to see ya pop in. Your right with the rollercoaster, it seems to get more rocky around the holidays. We survived another Christmas, boy time flys. I think as we get older, the years go quicker.

Thanks to all of you for the nice welcome back!! I have really missed everyone!!I hope to soon spill my guts about everything with ,me lately but just not quit ready.One day yall will log on and my history for the past few months will be several pages on here.lol

I have to say I have about 20-25 pounds to get rid of......yes i have gained SEVERAL POUNDS!! Just got in a depressed mode and ate whatever and havent worked out in months. I woke up the other morning and realized I had to snap out of it and where better to turn than my real PHRENDS here.You guys have always been so amazing and I really need that now. I am going to order me some phen dispit the horrible side effects cause I need that kick in the butt.Its been so long since I have ordered so... how about some e-mails on.... ya know??? Anyway,Im so glad to be back with open arms and to see yall have kicked butt.I really need to catch up. Hope eveyones got great outfits for NEWYEARS cause yall deserve it!! Tonia tcooper1973@cox.net
