HEY ALL!!

JUST CHECKIN IN WITH YA TO SEE HOW YOUR WEEK HAS BEEN GOING. MAKE SURE YOUR DOING YOUR 30 JUMPING JACKS AND ADDING THAT EXTRA FRUIT OR RAW VEGGIE. MY NEPHEW MADE ME DO EXTRA JUMPING JACKS, SIT UPS, AND PUSH UPS YESTERDAY! KIDS ARE GREAT MOTIVATIONS, THEY CAN MAKE THE HARDEST THINGS SEEM OKAY :) ! I HAVE EATEN SO MUCH CELERY I HAVE TO CHANGE MY VEGGIE!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ALL!!!

WE CAN DO IT!!

It's going good here. I haven't shown any loss but TOM is just leaving. This week I have gained but I am going to say that it is the fault of TOM and I expect to see a drop in a day or two. I have been working hard and there is no reason that I should not be seeing a drop. I'm also not real concerned because I know that my clothes are fitting better. As long as the tape or the scale is moving I know that I'm good. ;) How is everyone else doing?

Hey 150-girls! It's going ok so far. Doing my jacks, eatin' my raw food, working my tush out.

Busy week at work, I've come home pooped every night, so I don't think I've been putting as much into my workouts as I usually do. I weighed myself this morning and I was still 155, so I guess I'm just kinda staying still for a little while. That's ok. :rolleyes: I'll take that. Anything's better than gaining, right?

I've got tomorrow off, so I'm planning to spend the whole day outside, mowing, weeding, trimming, etc. Maybe a few hours of sunshine and fresh air will perk me up, you think?

Good luck girls! I'm anxious to see what SweetJas will have us doing next week...

I'm with you I haven't been working out as hard either. I so wish that I had tomorrow off. I have to work until noon and then drive one hour to and one hour home to pick up my husband tux for his friends wedding on saturday. When I get home I pick up my daughter and 2 friends, drive 30 minutes in the oppisite direction to see the movie madagascar and then have the kids come back to my house for a sleep over. I can't wait until this week is over. I need a day to relax.

NO Kidding! This week was yucky. I haven't had time to do anything that I wanted to do. And look, my pic is gone, and I don't know how to fix it! Guess that's one more thing I can do tomorrow, huh?

It's alright Mimi, we'll work twice as hard next week, right?

HEY ALL!!! Glad to see you all! I have been really sleepy the past three days due to my allergy meds (tried ALL the non drowsy one's and none work). I came home from work and fell right to sleep and now I feel loopy :p !

Anyhow, I think it is time to kick the challenge up a notch!! Next week will be two added excercises and two fruit or veggie servings. Look for my post this weekend!

Keep up the good work all! WE CAN DO IT!!

I guess I am doing ok, my weight is the same as my first weigh in, but at least I did not gain any. I haven't had a lot of time to exercise this week because it seems like stuff always happens, but I have done it when I could.

Don't feel bad for not getting to excercise, just do what you can when you can. Thanks for the luck.

I know, but I was out of town until Monday night and did not have access to a scale. So I weighed myself Tuesday or Wednesday, but since it did not change, I did not have to change my ticker or anything.

Hey Jas-

I probably just wasn't paying attention at some point :confused: , but how long does this challenge last?

My plan is to hold all my weight on until the last day of the challenge, then starve myself and triple up on phen so it comes off and I shock and astound everyone.

I AM SOOOOOOO KIDDING!!!!

LOL!!! NO PROBLEM CHOCOCAT, THE CHALLENGE ENDS JUNE 26 (ONE MONTH AFTER IT STARTED). THAT MEANS THERE IS JUST 23 DAYS LEFT :eek: ! CHECK OUT TOMMORROW'S POST, I AM KICKING THE CHALLENGE UP A NOTCH SO WE CAN ALL GO DOWN A NOTCH!!!
