True confessions time: I fell off the weight loss wagon two weeks ago :( I don't have any excuse except that I did. I hate that I wasted two perfectly wonderful weeks that I could have lost weight by eating crap and not taking my phen. Well today I'm back in the saddle and back on the boards. I feel so motivated most of the time to lose this weight and to keep on track, I have no idea why I strayed. Do any of you every do that and can you recover and get back on track? :confused:

You can recover!! Remember, you are so very likely to fail if you are depriving yourself. If there is one "cheat" food that you cannot live without, then don't deprive. Portion and eat it wisely, maybe working out extra that day or cutting out something else.
All is not lost though, everyone falters. The thing is that you realize you faltered, and you correct it. You can do it!!

Girrl i have been that way this whole week and last weekend, you can recovor, just get your butt back up and work twice as hard, also if you are not doing a strict food journal, start that again that always makes me realize what i am eatting and keep better track of it :)
