Hi all,
I am trying to remember if I had the headaches the first time I took these a couple of years ago, but I don't remember. I do remember that it would give me a burst of energy and did good at surpressing my appetite but this time I get the headache, no burst of energy and in fact, yesterday, my first day, all I wanted to do was sleep. Yesterday I took it with water and 1 hour before breakfast, today I took it 2 hours after eating and with more water. I don't notice the difference.
Can I take something for the headache?
