HI EVERYONE! Been very busy with end of school stuff with the kids but I'm still plugging away (actually walking away)LOL

Anyway, this morning when I was getting dressed, I noticed my underwear was alittle baggy or saggy I guess would be the word. I don't own a scale (bad PMS moment - did you know if you throw a scale at a great force into a wall it actually smashes into little tiny pieces - HAHAHA!) But I did go to my mom's since I weighed myself there after my first visit to the doctor and I don't go back to him until the 21st of this month. I screamed so loud when I saw it stop at 250 - my father thought my mother passed out (again). What a great feeling it was. Came home, had a salad for lunch, a rice krispie treat for a snack a little while ago and then some soup for dinner. I'm just soooo happy and wanted to share. :cool:

so basically you have lost 11 pounds in 11 days?
I started the same day May 23rd, and weighted in today and i started at 180, then after a week was down to 175, and then weighing today after not weighing all week ended up at 176.2????
Can i ask if you are exercising? dieting specifically on certain things, calorie counting, adkins, what?
i need help, four pounds is not good for my outcome. :(

ALOT OF WATER!!!!! I went from drinking no water to drinking tons of it a day. I have noticed that my "picking" during the day is no more and I have more energy so instead of sitting watching tv most of the day, I'm running here and there, housework done by 9 am, walking about an hour, not eatting after dinner. I think that most of the 11 pounds is water and even though i'm really really happy about it, I know things might even off for a bit, so we will see what happens next week. Keep the faith sweetie......you might have lost inches and you could have possibly turned some of the fat into muscle if you are working out - muscle does weigh more than fat.

lol, mentioning my goals. I started the Phentastic Phrends Challenge and I have been bad ALL dang week! I am putting my foot down and getting SERIOUS about this on Monday. I dont know why but I HAVE to start on a Monday, and by me starting on Friday it just really messed me all up. Plus it was a holiday weekend.
When is your 2nd goal date? Or do you just add the date that you achieve your goals by?
You are doing extremely well and seems you have a great plan you are following. I feel the excitement leaping from your post. Its an awesome feeling and well deserved for sure!
