Got in 30 minutes aerobics.

Had a grilled chicken sandwhich with tomato for lunch.

I did! And when I woke up like 3 times before I actually got up I said I wasn't going to! I didn't want to. Ever since I retired the Phen I have no urge at all to exercise and I'm glad you posted this because I am so proud of myself that I DID IT! 60 minutes of my Sweatin' to the Oldies. And I feel good! I haven't had lunch yet. I had breakfast at 10AM. So I'll have lunch at 2PM. I have this every four hour meal thing going and it helps. I do plan on having a nice Lite Ham sandwich on light italian bread with mustard and NO CHEESE! Cutting cheese out of my diet... not completly but not 4 slices a day like I used to a day has been a huge step in me losing. So I keep it up! Way to go that you exercised. A great way to start the day!

ME ME ME.. i did!!

30 mins + upper body weights!

drinking my water like a crazy woman also!!

good going ladies with the exercise today!
makes u feel much better about what your doing in the end!

........but i also ate a big corner piece of retirement cake at work today!!!!! :eek:

so hopefully that will balance out!!!! LOL!!

I will do my Workout this evening.
I do 1 Mile on my Nordic Trac.I have the tension up pretty high so a mile is about all I can do.Then after my Nordic Trac I will get a big a drink of water then do 10 reps on my Ab Wheel.

Me too, I went to the Y this morning and did 60 mins cardio and upper body weights. It does feel good, can't wait to go tomorrow! :)

Feel great. Started walking 2 miles a day, 4 on weekends and going to curves about 5 weeks ago after I learned that I had put on 9 pounds in three weeks due to the fact that I stopped smoking. I knew it was time to nip it in the bud.

So I have been exercising. I started phen after telling my doctor I was so disappointed at only losing 4 pounds. "Just need a little help, " I told him

Anyway, if this New England weather does not start warming up, there won't be any walking for me. 10 inches of snow on MOnday

It's going to be in the upper 50's tomorrow :eek: I'm going for a walk outside! :)

Quietly, I weight myself tonight (which I always weigh in the morning) but it said 229 something. So I feel better. That 230 really woke me up this morning!

To those of you who wake up in the morning I bow down to you because I cant do it and Heartland walking in the 50's THATS COLD then again I am from Dallas,Texas lol. I work out at night for one hour if I do more then I feel great.
