Hey everyone!! I have the white and blue speckled phentermine 37.5 pills. I was doing great for a while, weighed in at 145 last Saturday, but with all the Christmas goodies my weight fluctuated last week, was 146 on Thursday and then 152 this morning!!! Yesterday was the first time I took my pill again since Thursday because I couldn't really "feel" it anymore and thought if I took a few days off the effects would come back. Well yesterday I started again and I do feel it, but not like before. Is there anything else that I can take along with this to give me that same effect like before? And also, I'm hoping and praying that alot of what I gained is water and this will shed off this week, do you think that's the case? I mean I just can't imagine gaining 7 pounds of fat in four days!! I think I really need a set calorie level everyday too, what do most of you eat (calories) on a daily basis?

Hey, I have been on phen for about 4 weeks now, I take 37.5 white pill that looks like a tic-tac. (no blue specs on it). The first week I really felt like it was working and hardly could eat, but slowly I began to feel hungry again. I talked to my doctor last week during my check-up and she said that it is normal for some hunger to come back and that it won't be the same as it was the first week. She also said that my hunger pains would be stronger if I wasn't on it, I just don't have anything to compare it to. She said that it will go in spurts also, I may feel the effects more some days than others. How long have you been on phen? I think it is normal for its effects to taper off some. The extra weight you gained is most likely water weight and probably even the weight of some of the food. This happens to me all the time when I eat really bad. After Christmas I went off and it said I gained like 5 pounds, but then after a couple days of being healthy again I always end up right back where I was before. In response to your calorie question: I do not count calories, I used Weight Watchers as a GUIDE and eat till I am full. Hope this helps, Megan

At my weight I lose eating 1200 calories a day, I am not sure at your "skinny" weight how many you should eat! haha :) Hope someone can help you out, cause I agree you should track your calories if you are trying to lose weight. Have you looked at fitday.com? It is free and really helps you journal what you eat daily. :)
