I take 1/2 of the 37.5 every other day now. In the beginning I was taking 1/2 of the 37.5 everyday. I'm doing 60 minutes of cardio 4x a week and I'm trying to start weight training again but honestly thats not going too well. In the beginning I was working out 45 minutes 3x a week.

I take phen at 10:30 in the morning and that lasts all day.
