Hi all I will be officially starting phen beginning the new year. Ive tried phen maybe twice.Idid okay the first time but gave up.second time was no better.i even did low carbs lost about 8pds,of course i gave up now Im at my highest 213.I just recently started back checking out the forum and Ive seen pretty good results and by the new year coming in It couldnt be a better time to start the new year out right.
