I will be back FULL TIME 1/1/05

[Determined1-- derland here I come]

Last year's New Years Resolution seemed to stick so this one's will be the same thing, just to lose MORE weight.
I started here last year on 1/6/04. Hard to believe it has been almost 1 whole year. And to imagine the additional person I lost in the past year. I will post pictures.
New Year's resolution is to recommit.
I will probably have to go through detox for all the Christmas goodies I've eaten.

I WANT TO SEE PICS! Good New Years resolution! Good luck to you! For New Years I think I have two resolutions, ONE STOP SMOKING AGAIN! And two, maintain my weight. And maybe lose a few more. I would love to be in the 130's!!! That will never happen so think I want to say within the 140's. I never thought I'd be here, but I am, AND it's where I want to stay!!!

Determined, I have been missing ya around here. How are you and your family doing? Are things getting any better for you all? I hope so. It will be so nice to have you back on here. I've been around checking in here and there but not having much to contribute! What am I supposed to be saying I got this Christmas candy and it is so delicious... blah blah blah Yal don't wanna hear that mess (however truthful it may be :D ) I haven't really gained much. Been fluctuating at the early 220's. But I am getting flabby.
I got some new running shoes and I gotta get busy.

Glad to see you around. Yep, next year is going to be a great year for all of us. I have been eating poorly this holiday season and have enjoyed every minute of it. LOL but I will enjoy it more when I am in shape and feeling good.

You know January is the Official weight loss month! I got my Walmart Flyer today, the gazelle is $90 ish and they have a treadmill and a bunch of exercise doohickies.

Good to hear determined! Mine didn't stick so well, but starting again this new year from a slightly better place than last year(not as well as i would have liked, but hmmmm... even the best plans seldom remain unaltered when executed).

OK here goes, I stepped on the scale this morning and I haven't done it since before Christmas. It says 230.4 All jokes aside, I am starting today. I am going to the track after I log out. Hope I don't freeze.
