HIIT and exercise videos

Don't know of any videos, but i used to have a good HIIT website i'd recommend, I will see if i can find the url.

There is a trainer that joins the forums on msfitness.com website. He talks alot about HIIT. If you are looking for god training advice, I would recommend visiting Ms. Fitness, Fitness America, and the fitness contestants personal websites. Good luck!
